We always try to buy a good Calvados at Christmas and Jim found our favourite brand!
We had a wee taste last night in our wonderful special Calvados glasses Don and Elaine gave us. They have little glass apples in the bottom. Calvados is an apple brandy made in Normandy. We raised a toast to them and all our wonderful travel adventures together.
And we rewatched Woody Allen's "Midnight in Paris" the other night. Well, anything that takes place in Paris is very special to us and this film is brilliant. Paris, famous authors and artists...wow. I gotta say Woody Allen is a genius.
