Who knew? You can make peanut brittle at home and in the microwave if you don't have a candy thermometer. It's actually very easy and tastes great. It's not like See's but I may put a little more baking soda in it next time. That just might be what makes See's so soft and with that special taste. Well, this might be just a little dangerous...being able to make my own peanut brittle. '
