Maybe we'll actually go to the PNE this year....

I see Vancity is offering $5 admission for members (which we are) for every day of the fair!  As kids, the PNE was always a big deal and we always went on the kid's day.  We were given free passes at school.   Our parents didn't have much money to give us for rides and food.  We mainly went to the food building where you got free samples.  When I started working and had some of my own money I remember I was determined to go on the roller coaster 10x and I did.  5x in the front seat and 5x in the back seat.  It took most of the day to wait for those seats.  I think I went with my best friend at the time but she didn't join me on all the times on the roller coaster.
