My first batch...
She made half the recipe. Donna's are looking quite golden...it must be the lighting in her kitchen:)
Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 F
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup soft margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 test baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
Directions
Cream marge, pb, both sugars together
Add eggs one at a time beating well
Add baking soda, powder and vanilla
Stir in flour
Roll into balls, roll in white sugar. Flatten cookies in criss cross pattern using a fork.
Bake on uncreased cookie sheet for 13 - 15 minutes. or adjust to suit your oven and size of cookies.
