Food processor all set to go....

Jim wants it to peel potatoes and slice onions and tomatoes.  Well, the directions do say people with reduced mental capacity shouldn't be using it without close supervision....

So I guess I'll be mainly using it.

The first thing I plan to make are latkes. Donna give me what sounds like a great recipe.

We had leftovers on Boxing Day. I'll look forward to going out Friday. It's been fun baking and cooking but it's time to go out and not do anything but pay the bill!
