Well, rather exciting news for us. We have put our Palm Springs condo up for sale. It's been a wonderful six years here and we have loved having our own place, but time to move on and do different things although I think we'll still rent a month Palm Springs and probably Canyon Sands.
We had amazing luck selling our car. The Hyndai dealer across the street bought it back from us for $4,000 cash. We paid $8500 five years ago and had trouble free driving.
Our realtor was anxious to get the lising out there so took the photos himself. Professional photos will be coming. Strange way of doing things to my mind but I guess we'll just have to consider it all an adventure.
