Dear Jim and Janice:
Normally, I wait until Monday morning to send out open house updates, but I thought you'd like to know today's open house was very well received! 32 visitors! There were some neighbors, but most were serious buyers; a few were looking for out of state friends who found the listing online and sent them to preview it. All had very favorable comments about the home; the decor and the location. All agreed it was "priced right" and "wouldn't be on the market" long.
I will be there again tomorrow and will send you another update Monday.
