Ocean swim and picnic at Spanish Banks

High tide was around noon yesterday so we went down around that time and also took a picnic. We weren't sure quite what to expect in terms of how warm the water would be and there was quite a breeze.  The water was really warm!

There were quite a few people even that early but no problem getting a parking space.

This photo is from the day before on 10th Ave. I loved the colour!  We went to our Japanese restauant for lunch and passed this on the way.

Our picnic...I love my new red check  tablecloth.  I was missing not having one after our ancient one wore out completely.
