Wonderful lunch at Carol and John's today….

Carol did her usual gourmet tricks….appies,  paella salad (now,  this is a real winner since you can make it ahead!),  and fresh peach pie with a wonderful short crust.  The food is always wow and we had lots of laughs and good conversation as always.  And they leant me "A God in Ruins".  So looking forward to reading this sequel to Life after Lifer.  Thanks so much!
