Canada wins The Celebration of Light

With Brazil second and China third.  Well,  I guess it's what's called the "home advantage" especially in terms of the judges.  Jim and I still felt Brazil was the best.  And from the expert,  the Hot Dog Guy at English Bay commented that he felt Brazil was the best he's seen in his 15 years watching the fireworks while selling dogs.
