Parade time….

I believe this is called the Star of India parade but there wasn't much publicity and it's earlier than usual.  When we moved into our pied a terre here Aug. 15,  2010,  there was this parade so it was all quite joyful and it was very large that year.  Seems to be smaller every year.  Always fun to watch, though.  A prelude to their picnic and festival at Second Beach
