Elaine left sunshine to arrive in pouring rain...

We welcomed Elaine to the scorching desert today...yeah, right! We enjoyed champagne then went for a hot tub and swim in the rain...you can't get us Canucks down! Then to a wonderful rack of lamb dinner thanks to Trader Joe's. Don, at home in Victoria, was apparently looking forward to a beef stew...something Elaine's not that keen on so he's taking advantage.
