Ah....Annecy

We spent a month in an apartment on the shores of Lac d'Annecy in 1976....a wonderful view!   It was the big "dry spell" in Europe that year so the lake was warm  for swimming in June.  I will never forget those wonderful meals of "fritures du lac"....tiny little lake fish deep fried to perfection.
