Jim and Bob (one of our neighbours down here) went to a baseball game yesterday. The level of play is really quite good and apparently scouts come and a number of the players get minor league contracts. Jim has followed baseball all his life and Bob was very impressed that a Canadian would know so much. Bob is a keen fan himself so it was fun for them both.
As Jim got out of the car, a guy offered them two free tickets. They have lots of promotions so you'll get a deal most days and not pay the $8 admission.
