New Year's Day at UBC

I guess we shouldn't have been surprised that most everything was closed.  H Mart was open and new to us since it opened after we left for Palm Springs.  An amazing assortment of specialty food especially Korean and also lots of ordinary things given the rather small space.  It was packed today with customers.  I look forward to trying some of these exotic offerings!   Gourmet SPAM (you have to keep going until the last photo)...who knew?  Vancouver...I love you!

I think this is also an absolute must to try!
