Richard and Grace arrived back from their Joshua Tree sojourn just in time to nip over to The Parker Hotel to have a drink and mix with the stars of the Palm Springs Film Fest. The stars were leaving for the gala at the Convention Centre. Pretty much everyone stays at The Parker and that's where the after party is. They were amazed that they were able to just walk in but then, as Jim said, they just looked like the rest of them!
They had wonderful hikes and star gazing at Joshua Tree. Grace said the night sky there was the most amazing thing she's ever seen. We must do that ourselves but I think we'll wait until March when it will be warmer and the wildflowers will be in bloom.
