This gave me a chuckle. I guess we'll see a lot of art involving cellphones.

The mural, titled Towards a Brighter Tomorrow! (2024), appears on the exterior wall of the Re-entry Service Center, where recently released individuals can pick up cellphones and naloxone on their way to freedom.
