Thanksgiving dinner

I have vowed never to cook a turkey again and I always thought these boneless turkey breast roasts would be dry and not very good.  Was I wrong!  I bought one at Aldi's for $8.99 and we ate half of it tonight and have leftovers of everything for tomorrow.  It is moist and delicious and no hassle.

Good food and wonderful music.  We've really been enjoying this lecture series on Mozart by The Teaching Company.
