Can coffee get any more complicated?

Just when I learned what a "tall" was,  now all sorts of new fancy things about coffee.  They apparently have some very interesting artwork so I'll have to take a look.

For Palm Springs, they pulled out all the stops.
“The design team was inspired by the mid-century modern look and feel, which is true to the neighborhood,” Hart Shafer said.
One of the location’s most stunning attributes is its wall plant installation. The sculpture-like wall showcases more than 45 desert-like plants as a homage to Palm Springs’ desert landscape.

New menu sets Reserve bar apart

The Reserve bars are designed for the coffee connoisseur, to give patrons with discriminating palates a special taste of premium coffee brews.
Special brewing methods include: Clover brewed, pour-over, cold brew, nitro cold brew, coffee press, chemex and siphon.
Specialty beverages popular at the Seattle Roastery, like the Juniper Latte, will be available for a limited time during the holiday season. There are also coffee ice cream drinks such as the cold brew malt which is described as "an ultra-thick blended malted milkshake with our small-lot cold brew, ice cream and chocolate bitters."
Coffee masters were busy on opening day, educating patrons on the various brew techniques while creating their drinks.
The siphon brew method, explained Kyle Poulter, the assistant store manager creates a "silky" cup of coffee that can be sniffed like wine and slurped to enhance the experience.
"Don't be afraid to slurp,"' he advised.
