When I'm an old woman....

I'll have a purple carpet in my bedroom!  I picked out the carpet for the bedrooms today.  I was going to  replace the carpets last year but thought I'd wait until the dollar picked up.  Well,  that doesn't appear to be happening...

I think it goes great with our bed cushions,  purple curtains,  and paintings.  It will work well in the other bedroom as well....the walls are a light lavender.

It's called "Royal Purple"....there we go...fit for a queen.  Another one I was looking at was called "Yorkshire Countryside".   Now that would have been nice.  Not quite so deep in  colour.
