Fall colours

It will be interesting to see how the Fall colours are this year.  Last year they were amazing and it was duly noted in the newspapers but I forget the reason...perhaps drier than usual.  We had an Indian summer but not the same drought conditions as this year.  It's a bit early to compare as these photos from last year were taken end Oct-early Nov.  I posted a photo from this series on my blog on Thanksgiving.  Don sent the photo along with Thanksgiving greetings to his email list and got back load of compliments on it which he passed along to me.
