We were going to have a picnic and swim with John and Carol in their neck of the woods, Spanish Banks, but tides, crowds, and parking were not in our favour so they brought the picnic here. Our little beach is always good for swimming no matter the tide since it drops off.
So, we not only had wonderful munchies, salade niçoise, home made chocolate cake, and fresh fruit salad and whip cream last night we now have leftovers for dinner tonight....thank you, Carol and John, it was great fun yesterday!
We all got a laugh out of some guy who called up to us on our balcony and asked to borrow a beach towel since he wanted to go for a swim. We lent him one and actually got it back. When he returned it he was with a woman so maybe it was a pickup line.
And I can't believe I didn't take a photo...
On a walk yesterday we saw some fellow doing amazing things with a hacky sac and I got a small video. Don't see much hacky sac these days.
