I found this a pretty interesting article on education. How did the UK get into this crazy world of regulation and testing all in the name of diversity? I actually know why because of my stint in the B.C. Ministry of Eduation. It's very easy to forget the real world when you're in the hallowed halls of bureaucracy. Perhaps getting some failed financial advisors into the system might be helpful.
