Yankee Stadium in a blanket of snow. This did happen in 1982 as well.
I looked up Vancouver weather and it seems there will be rain and the temps around 50F for the next 10 days or so. It could be worse and we have had a wonderful winter in Palm Springs even though March was cooler than usual. I can take 70's anytime.
