First day back to school....

Well,  I had the best first day back to school ever....no school,  swimming and lunch with my dear friend, Elaine, then arriving home to a lovely present from Kerry.   Kerry got into quilting a few years ago and I'm just thrilled to have this sunflower quilt... I just love the colours and the design!    It's just perfect.  I think it will look lovely in Vancouver on our table but in the meantime I've placed it on one of my wicker chairs in the sunroom beside my sunflower footstool and I like it so much there it just might be its permanent home.
