We had another great lunch in the sunshine at this fairly new place in Indio. It's pretty amazing inside and out and has seating for 589 people. Quite a venture to begin in a slow economy but they cater to weddings and large groups and probably will do quite well. It opened 2 years ago but we just heard about it from Erna today so thought we'd give it a try. In a review someone commented that the calamari wasn't large enough to share. The calamari as you can see from the photo is very copious and there must have been about a pound of it!
