We came back to Victoria yesterday since Jim was very ill with strep throat and I needed to get some sleep...rather hard in a one bedroom apartment when someone is disturbing you! He is on the mend and we hope we will both be well for our Palm Springs trip in two weeks. We were due to leave yesterday but we were able to postpone it. Perhaps just as well as PS has been getting pretty chilly weather.
Speaking of winter I went onto the Times-Colonist online to read the news and this video came up which has 6 local poets reading poems they created for winter. It's just 6 minutes and I really enjoyed it...have a listen.
