Vancouver houses

It was really sad to see this derelict house beside another historic Vancouver house that has been kept up. It doesn't seem right that whoever owns this can let it go to rack and ruin like this and be such an eyesore. At least there are some old houses preserved in the West End...this is the Vancouver we grew up in...not the highrises.
