Our hotel in LA was close to Laura's house so we were very near Universal Studios. For something to do we went to the "City Walk" (only in LA would they make a fake city!) for a movie and dinner. Funky Italian place and the best veal citron I've had. Walking around with idiotic music blaring wasn't pleaant. Mainly a kid oriented place. I noticed one shop had a big selection of headache tablets. Found a really neat French Bistro the next night just down the street from our hotel and had a great paella.
