Itty Bitty Book Review: "Believing the Lie"

"Believing the Lie" by Elizabeth George

 

Elizabeth George usually gives me my "mystery fix" but I do consider most mysteries brain candy (P.D. James is an exception for me) and would rather they come in smaller packages than over 600 pages.  Of course I got hooked and waded through it all which is not what I read a mystery for.  I think I'll take a pass on the next one if it's too long.  Or perhaps do what John does....skip over and just read the parts with Barbara Havers.  It's true that they are at least good for a laugh and although they were rather few and far between with this book they didn't disappoint.
