Streets and sidewalks are dry in the West End but it seems a lot of Vancouver hasn't been plowed and kids are playing hockey on the streets. Susan K. mentioned that kids were playing hockey on her street. It must be tough on a lot of people trying to get around and get to work. So, freezing temps then possibly more snow on Friday...what a winter!
