And yet another rainy day program...

It certainly is nice to see the sunshine this morning but not sure it will be a beach day….we'll see how it goes.

Yesterday we went to International Villages again to see Boyhood (very good) and also use a Groupon I had for lunch at the Szechuan Chongqing Bistro which has recently relocated there.   We were very impressed with the ambiance,  the service, and the food so a real winner for us since this is where we go to movies because of the convenient location and free parking.  The International Villages is now a lot more vibrant and almost all spaces now have businesses.  Good to see.

We had the hot and sour soup…the best we've ever had anywhere,  bar-b-q duck which was excellent as well,  shrimp wontons with the lightest, flakiest wonton wrapper ever,  spicy calamari which was ok but not great.

This shoe repair has lots of interesting old things.

Another store in the International Villages.

Next photos are from the restaurant…I surprisingly didn't take any photos of the food…

Some incense burning which was a nice effect as we were leaving the restaurant.
