The most amazing lunch today at the Hotel Grand Pacific

Elaine and I had a wonderful swim (almost no one in the pool) and a fabulous lunch from their all new lunch menu.  Everything was to die for!

 Crab cakes in a butter chicken sauce with mango coleslaw...wow!

Finally,  they get the calamari perfect.
