A Cajun Mother's Day Brunch

We went down to Old Pecan Street to have a Mother's Day Brunch at Roux. So tried things like Gumbo soup and another soup called Etouffee (shrimp and crawfish) and neat things like black eyed peas and collard greens..also, mini burgers they called "sliders". And a full breakfast too among many other things.
